LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS and TIDAL TRANSIT will supply a CTV (Crew Transfer Vessel) which will be used for the operation and maintenance of the Fécamp offshore wind farm. This new ship will be built by Strategic Marine, a shipyard based in Singapore.

As part of an international tender, Siemens Gamesa has chosen LD Tide (a joint venture between LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS and TIDAL TRANSIT) to provide a high performance CTV (Crew Transfer Vessel) for 24 passengers. LD Tide will operate the CTV to provide safe transport for maintenance technicians to and from the Fécamp offshore wind farm. This contract marks a new success for the LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS group in the field of renewable energies, since it is the fourth construction of a CTV owned and operated by LD Tide.

The shipyard has accumulated considerable experience in the design and construction of this type of ships. They have delivered dozens of units over the years, recognized for their performance and solidity. The CTV StratCat27 is a high standard 24 passenger vessel based on a well known design. It was modernized in 2022 to improve the level of performance, safety and comfort on board.
